Meet Sansa, a beautiful white cat from the bustling streets of New York City. Unfortunately, her life has not been a bed of roses as she was left behind by her previous owners when she was only one and a half years old. Nonetheless, despite her difficult past, Sansa remains a sweet and loving feline who deserves all the love and care in the world.
Luckily, she eventually discovered her forever abode and her new owner, Karen, who adopted her and assisted her in becoming a sensation on social media.
Sansa receives a considerable amount of affection and recognition on the social media platform Instagram.
Karen mentioned that numerous individuals have conveyed their admiration for Sansa’s distinctiveness due to her multi-colored eyes and additional toes.
From birth, she possessed an extraordinary trait known as heterochromia, resulting in her having two distinct eye colors: a striking blue and a captivating green.

Karan shared with Bored Panda that she and her husband Jack welcomed Sansa into their family in July 2016, when the adorable little girl was just 18 months old. They adopted her from a Petco adoption event that was held in Manhattan.
Karen shared with Bored Panda that they were informed about her being left by her previous owners, however, the exact cause is still unknown. The lovely dog is already 5 years old and is soon turning 6 on December 1, even though there are no records to confirm her actual birthdate.
Karen observed that it took quite a while for Sansa to become accustomed to her new surroundings. During the initial phase, she was very apprehensive and cautious. Even the slightest sound of the front door would make her run and hide behind the furniture. It took a couple of months for her to build trust with us and gradually, she began to feel more comfortable and started staying closer to us.
The adorable Sansa enjoys tagging along with Karen and her spouse around their home. She is quite skilled in securing a cozy place on their laps and has a knack for getting whatever she desires.
According to Karen, her cat Sansa is an epitome of kindness, tenderness, and affection. She has a loving personality that makes her one of a kind.
She has a great fascination with treats and is willing to pose for them. “That’s the secret to capturing adorable photos of her!”
Karen shared that whenever her pet cat feels hungry and desires to be fed, she strategically positions herself in the middle of the hallway and stretches out to obstruct their path towards the kitchen. The feline then stares at her empty food bowl as a signal for her owners to provide her with sustenance.
Every morning, my furry friend demands breakfast by incessantly meowing. If we fail to wake up, she resorts to a mischievous tactic of jumping on our nightstands and pushing things off until we finally rise from our slumber!
According to the proprietor, the cat began her approach by placing her paw delicately on his leg. Gradually, she grew more at ease and started resting her head on his lap. However, when she finally sat on his lap for the first time, it moved him to tears.
Even though she has made progress, she is still easily frightened by thunderstorms, sudden loud noises, and dogs barking outside. She tends to retreat to dark corners in these situations. When it comes to trips to the vet, she completely shuts down and trembles in her carrier. Despite this, she has made significant strides in overcoming her fears.
Sansa has finally found her forever home, where she will be loved and cared for as she deserves. Karen and Jack are using their experience to promote the adoption of cats with special needs and genetic differences, like Sansa, in hopes of increasing awareness and finding more homes for these unique felines.
