A couple’s hearts are now filled with love and joy as they discovered their newly bought house came with 15 furry feline friends.
Emily Bott and Dylan Loewke had their eyes set on purchasing an aged farmhouse. However, upon visiting the property, they discovered a considerable number of felines loitering around – precisely fifteen of them, basking in the yard. Curious, they inquired with their real estate agent if the cats were part of the deal, to which the agent responded that the cats would no longer be present when they took ownership of the property.
When they made the decision to purchase the house, they specifically asked for the cats to be allowed to stay within the premises.
With 15 cats living on the premises, it was important for the couple to have a contingency plan in case anything went wrong. Thankfully, they didn’t need to put it into action. The previous owners of the cats had not taken good care of them, resulting in some health problems. However, the current couple is giving them proper care and attention.
