“Joyous Discovery: New Home Reveals Adorable Surprise in Form of Feline Family”

Earlier this year, a family moved to a new home in Canada’s Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. However, much to their surprise, they found out that they were not alone on the property as mischievous cats had already taken up residence in the barn. Faced with the prospect of the harsh Canadian winter, the property’s owners, Joanie and her family, made sure to provide warm shelters for the felines while also seeking help to find them new homes.

The concept was to sterilize the mother cat to prevent any more pregnancies and ensure a safe abode for her kittens. When the woman couldn’t find anyone to provide them with aid, she reached out to chatons Orphelins Montréal, a shelter that was over 700 kilometers away. Celine Crom, a member of the shelter, mentioned that the lady tried seeking help from veterinarians and animal shelters in Abitibi but to no avail. So, the shelter decided to take them in and provide them with a home.

Following the placement of a trap inside the barn, a small kitten named Jules ended up being caught. Despite his timidity, Jules was more receptive to human interactions than his siblings. He eagerly perked up and cast aside his shyness when he was presented with some food and pampering.

Joanie was still on the lookout for more cats to join her family, and luckily, a kind volunteer stepped up to take Jules to a refuge in Montréal. There, Jules received all the necessary care and attention to help him thrive. Celine happily reported that Jules had a successful trip to the vet and was settling into his foster home nicely.

Jules, the cat, was overjoyed when she met her new foster mother, Marie-Lyne. She happily accepted the offer of a cozy snuggle and felt content being treated like a baby. As a farm cat previously, Jules had never experienced such affection. However, soon she discovered the excitement of playing with feather toys, and even made friends with the cats in the neighborhood.

After a few days, the veterinarian checked the health of Junot and Jass, the two kittens who managed to survive. Fortunately, they were found to be in good condition. They were taken to safety as well and were happily reunited with their brother Jules.

A few days later, the two remaining kittens, Junot and Jass, were rescued as well. They were taken to a veterinarian for a check-up and were found to be in good condition. Finally, they were reunited with their sibling Jules.

Not only did Joanie rescue the adorable kittens, but she also managed to track down their parents and is currently making efforts to have them both sterilized as soon as possible.

Joanie’s family is now taking care of the mom and dad cat and providing them with food and a cozy shelter for the winter season. The barn will continue to be their home. Meanwhile, the little kittens have been brought together again at the foster home.

Celine reported that the kittens were finally reunited in their foster home yesterday. However, Jass seemed quite timid and reserved after all the changes and stressful experiences. On the other hand, Junot was already playing and running around with his brother, Jules. Among the three cats, Jules stood out as the most outgoing and friendly one. He enjoyed interacting with others and often initiated playtime or gazed at the birds from the window.
Fortunately, these cute felines no longer have to face any uncertainty or worry about the upcoming winter season. They can now fully relax and enjoy the warmth of their new homes, where they will receive all the love and care they deserve.
